How Does the Replacement Program Work?

At Malibu Sunday, we understand that life happens, and sometimes your favorite jewelry pieces get lost or damaged. That’s why we offer our Lost & Broken Jewelry Replacement Program to give you peace of mind with every purchase.

If your Malibu Sunday jewelry, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, or earrings, becomes lost or damaged within two years of purchase, you can request a replacement through our easy-to-use replacement program. Simply submit a request on our Lost & Broken Replacement Program page, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Proof of purchase and photos of the damaged jewelry may be required to process your replacement request.

Replacement Fee:

For a minimal processing fee of $15, you can have your lost or broken jewelry piece replaced with the same style and color, as long as supplies are available. If your jewelry is out of stock or discontinued, we’ll offer a similar or reasonably equivalent style that matches your original piece.

What Items Does the Program Cover?

This program covers all Malibu Sunday jewelry, including rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers.

What’s Not Covered?

The program does not cover final sale, outlet items, or any accessories not classified as jewelry. It also excludes complimentary products received during promotions.

Replacement Limitations:

You may receive up to two replacements for each purchased item within the two-year period. If the style you purchased is no longer available, you’ll be offered a similar item based on our current collection.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

Our Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty ensures that all Malibu Sunday jewelry is made to the highest standards. This warranty covers any defects in the materials or craftsmanship of your favorite pieces, including our rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings, purchased directly from Malibu Sunday.

What Doesn’t the Warranty Cover?

This warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewelry. It also excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or anything outside defects in craftsmanship or materials. Items purchased from unauthorized retailers or re-sellers are not covered. Additionally, consequential or incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.

How Long Does the Coverage Last?

Your Malibu Sunday jewelry is covered for as long as you own it, making this a lifetime guarantee on craftsmanship.

How Do You Submit a Warranty Claim?

If you believe your jewelry has a craftsmanship defect, you can submit a warranty claim through our Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty page. Proof of purchase and photos of the damage may be required to process your claim.

What Will Malibu Sunday Do?

We will evaluate your claim, and if it is determined that the damage is due to a craftsmanship defect, we’ll replace your item with the same style and color, provided it’s in stock. If your jewelry has been discontinued or is out of stock, we’ll offer you a similar or equivalent piece from our current collection.

Replacement Fee:

To process your replacement, a $15 fee applies, covering processing and handling.

How Does State Law Apply?

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights depending on your location.

We want you to love your Malibu Sunday jewelry, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we make it easy to return or exchange your piece.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

Simply visit our Returns Page and we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label. Once you select the item(s) for return, you have two options:

1. Shop Now: Receive an instant credit for the full retail value of your returning item(s) and shop for something new right away! Please note that no additional discounts can be applied when using this credit.
2. Refund or Store Credit: Opt for a refund, which will be sent back to your original payment method, or choose store credit via an e-gift card once we receive the return.

Exceptions:

• Final Sale items and mystery pairs are not eligible for return or exchange.
