Manufacturing Defects

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any inherent flaws in design or construction.
  • Stone Loss: Claims for loose or lost stones due to improper setting.
  • Broken or Damaged Chains: Includes snapped chains or faulty clasps that break or do not function properly.
  • Metal Tarnishing: This warranty covers tarnishing only if the jewelry has not been exposed to water (such as in the shower, pool, or ocean), lotions, oils, or chemicals of any kind.
  • Prong Wear: Worn or broken prongs that could lead to stone loss.
  • Broken Settings: Damage to the setting (bent or broken prongs, bezels, or channels) causing stones to become loose or fall out.
  • Stretching or Distortion: Misshapen or stretched rings, bangles, or bracelets.
  • Faulty Mechanisms: Movable parts like lockets or bracelets with faulty mechanisms.
Whatโ€™s Not Covered:
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, dents, or damage from daily use.
  • Damage from Accidents or Misuse: Any harm caused by improper care, accidents, or exposure to water, lotions, or other chemicals.
  • Lost or Stolen Items: We do not cover lost or stolen pieces.
  • Repairs by Third Parties: Any repairs or modifications done.
