Please allow 24 hours to ship your order.ย In most cases, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days unless we are offering a site wide sale. In that case, please give us additional time to prepare and ship your order. You will receive a shipping and tracking notification once the order has been shipped.
Shipping for domestic US orders isย Free for standard USPS First Class Mail shipping. International orders are shipped via standard USPS First Class Mail (prices vary by Country)
If a package is refused for reason of no customs payment, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempt to have it delivered again and is responsible for the new shipping fee. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused , we will attempt to ship again to the customer or offer store credit towards their next order, less shipping charges.
Refund Policy
The Team @ Malibu Sunday wants YOU to absolutely LOVE your jewelry. We offer a full refund within 7ย days of a full price purchase ...or you may choose a store credit/exchange. All sale items marked "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Sample sale items are final sale. ALL items using a discount code at checkout may only be returned for store credit(not a refund).ย
*All returns require authorization. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase and someone from our customer service support team will respond to you in a timely manner (M-F) Please note, we will not respond to emails on Saturday, Sunday Or Holidays . Once approved, we will send a prepaid label to you. Your return must be sent within 3 business days after a label has been generated or the label with be automatically canceled. If you fail to send your return in this time frame, your return request will be voided and cannot be requested again.
Refunds or credits for returns is the total price of merchandise, not including original shipping, less the dollar amount for return shipping which is $5. This covers shipping to and from-this will be deducted from your refund and/or store credit.
We do not accept returns that show any sign of wear, have been tarnished or generally show signs of wear. Please return in original condition.
All sales are final within 7 days of delivery. The delivery date is the date the mail carrier attempts to make their first delivery.ย
If an item is damaged you must notify us within 3 business days of the item being delivered, in which will will happily offer a replacement, unfortunately after this date we cannot take responsibility for damage or general wear of the jewelry.ย
All returns must be sent in original packaging, with no signs of wear or distress.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS.ย
If a package is mishandled, stolen or lost, gets delayed we do note claim responsibility for compensation, reimbursementย nor offer a replacement.ย
